1st place: Sikx's Sea Level Guide
Sikx provides a great overview and very detailed information regarding all aspects of building and steering a ship. There are descriptions of all ship types, detailed instructions for surviving at sea and for fighting against monsters using various strategies.
Sixk's guide comprehensively covers your life at sea and includes more than just basic information for beginners. The pictures, the logical structure and the writing style arouse interest and provides an excellent insight.
2nd place: Turul's Florensia Guide - First Steps
This guide mainly describes the charakters, the very first steps in the game, the interface and information to support an easy start in the world of Florensia.
This guide helps all beginners to find their way from the very first and accompanies them on Cardiff Island without forcing them into a certain direction. The logical structure from installing the game to explaining the trade system and a "where to buy what" map for Cardiff is well-thought-out. The main components of the game are summarized, including more than just information for beginners.
3rd place: Cecil Frozone - Cecil's Guide To Florensia
This beginners' guide accompanies players until level 40+ and it's fun to read Cecil's lifely and fresh writing style including some of the most important abbreviations you should know when you're in the Internet (e.g. ASAP - as soon as possible!).
Cecil's guide focuses on a broad overview leading the players from island to island rather than explaining details. The travels are a great motivationf or all players who have just started on Roxbury Island. The structure is very continuous and although pictures are missing so far (we will add some for sure!), it doesn't get boring to read this guide.
We think that read together, all three guides tell you what the world of Florensia is about when you're not familiar with it yet.
4th place 1: Tuborg's 100 Floors Tower Guide
This guide describes the 100 Floors Tower and does not only list general information around the tower, the monsters and possible quests, but also provides two examples for possible tower party setups. Tuborg describes the functions of the character classes and the strategy in a very well-thought-of manner.
4th place 2: Tower43's Upgrade Guide
Tower43 informs you about upgrading, including the supply of crystals, the process of upgrading and the finished product. The guide digs deeper when it comes to the sense of upgrading and with all the screenshots, it is perfect for both beginners and experienced players.
4th place 3: angelblanc's Young Florensians Guide
A brief summary of the first steps in the world of Florensia which can be used as source for beginners in Florensia who already have collected experiences in other games. The most important aspects of land and sea combat are included and the briefness is perfect for all those who do not want to spend much time reading, but who just want an informative basis they can build their experiences up on.
The best quarter
We received a number of truly amazing guides for single classes, but unfortunately, all of them were too close to explaining certain skills and status values and none of them was general enough to be valid "forever". We would especially like to thank the authors of these guides and we admire the way they have developed their classes. We would like to invite these players to publish their guides in the forum and to reply to the ticket with their rewards sending us the links, so we can sticky them in the forum.
We are currently thinking about holding another website guides contest for character class guides in the forum where the community would decide about the winners in the future.
Thank you very much for your guides:
